 Where do I apply for a dog license?

Dog licenses are handled by the City Clerk’s office. Forms are available at City Hall. Cats do not require a license.

 At what point does the City declare a snow emergency?

A snow emergency is declared after a snowfall of more than three inches. Plowing starts on the snow emergency routes first and then continue on side streets.

There is a food shelf in Dassel–what are its hours of operation and where can I drop off donations?

The Dassel Food shelf is located on the West end of Atlantic Ave. and its hours of operation are Tues. 10 am – 3 pm and Thurs. 3 pm – 7 pm.

You can drop off donations for the food shelf at any of the local Dassel churches as well as Dassel City Hall and the Dassel Liquor Store.

Dassel’s Compost Site Hours are:

Monday thru Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
