PUBLIC NOTICE

VARIANCE HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. the Dassel Planning & Zoning Commission/Board of Adjustment & Appeals will hold a Public Hearing in the City Hall to consider the following Variance Application:

Gustave Weseloh/Owner, 230 Pacific Ave W, Dassel, MN 55325.  PID number: 23-0137000, zoned R-2, has made application for a Variance to the rear yard setback requirement of 6’ on: Lots 3 & 4, Block 11, Original Townsite Dassel.  The request is to allow 3’ setback for the construction of a deck.

All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing, at which time both oral and written comments may be presented. Written comments may be submitted at any time prior to the meeting by mail: City of Dassel, PO Box 391, Dassel, MN 55325 or by email: terri.boese@dassel.com.

Due to potential continuing COVID-19 restrictions those interested in attending the meeting in person will be asked to follow current guidelines.
