CITY WIDE CLEAN UP DAY
NOTICE: Items may not be put at curbside until Friday morning May 17th!
City Wide Clean-up Scheduled for Saturday, May 18, 2019: The Clean-up effort will allow the city, under contract with Waste Management, to do a curbside trash and miscellaneous pickup at no additional cost to residents. This will allow everyone with unsightly materials and trash to eliminate them from their property at no cost to homeowners. Everyone is encouraged to participate in sprucing up your neighborhood.
Document Shredding: New this year, document shredding has been added. You may drop off any documents you want shredded at the Dassel Liquor Store parking lot, during the City-Wide Clean-up Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 9:00am – 1:00pm. This service is free of charge to Dassel City Residents.
Appliances, Electronics and Other Materials Requiring Recycling: All materials listed below must be taken to the central drop site (the Dassel Liquor Store parking lot) during the City-Wide Clean-up Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 9:00am – 1:00pm. NO EARLY DROP OFF. There will be charges connected with this service as noted below. Elderly or handicapped residents can arrange to have their appliances, electronics, and other materials picked up at curbside by stopping by City Hall prior to May 16th and paying for the disposal service.

*All prices are for the drop off site at Dassel Liquor Store parking lot. Items left curbside will incur an additional $3.00 pickup charge per item to the prices listed above. Most scrap metal can be dropped off at Dassel Liquor Store free of charge.
Attention: Household hazardous waste and florescent bulbs are NOT a part of this Clean-up. Florescent bulbs and household batteries may be recycled at City Hall during normal business hours.
