Planning & Zoning Public Hearing

The Dassel Planning & Zoning Commission/Board of Adjustment & Appeals will hold a Public Hearing in the City Hall to consider the following Variance Application:

Brian & Renee Massingham, 820 1st St N, Dassel, MN 55325.  PID number 23-0210000, zoned R-2, have made application for a Variance to the side yard setback requirement of 10’ on Lot 5, Block 22, Auditor Replat.  The request is to allow 2’ setback for the construction of a new garage to replace the existing garage.

All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing, at which time both oral and written comments may be presented. Written comments may be submitted at any time prior to the meeting by mail: City of Dassel, PO Box 391, Dassel, MN 55325 or by email: terri.boese@dassel.com.

Due to potential continuing COVID-19 restrictions those interested in attending the meeting in person will be asked to follow current guidelines.
