Planning & Zoning Variance Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, July 19, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. the Dassel Planning & Zoning Commission/Board of Adjustment & Appeals will hold a Public Hearing in the City Hall to consider the following Variance Application:
Larry Huhn, PO Box 117, Darwin, MN 55324. PID number 23-0739000, zoned PUD, has made application for a variance to the minimum lot size requirement of 8,000 square feet on Lot 5, Block 3, Summit Hills Addition. The request is to allow 3,138 for lot split/consolidation with a non-contiguous parcel.
