Maintenance Permits

These permits are required for projects that maintain a home/structure. Each permit is accompanied with a self-certification form that must be completed and turned in to City Hall after the project has been finished.

• Roofing - except commercial properties
• Gas Furnaces and Water Heaters
• Windows - must be replacing with the same size window/door
• Water Softeners
• Fences
• Sheds 200 sq. ft. or under
• Driveways and sidewalks
• Air conditioners
• Siding
