Water and Sewer

The city provides water and sewer services to city residents. Bills are calculated and sent out monthly.

Current Rates:

Water

Monthly Base Rate: $19.97

Usage Fee: $10.12/1000 gallons

Sewer

Monthly Base Rate: $24.28

Usage Fee: $7.50/1000 gallons

Surface Water 

Residential: $3.29/month

Commercial: $4.92/month

Industrial: $6.98/month

Water Test Fee

Billed annually in July : $9.72  Rate set by the State of MN
