Animal Services

Pet licenses are no longer required in the City of Dassel.  Pets must still be up to date on their Rabies vaccination and follow all other ordinances.  The City of Dassel still maintains a database for pets who reside in Dassel,  if you are wanting to add or update your pet in our database please contact City Hall at 320-275-2454.  Meeker County has increased the fee for having an animal impounded to $50.00 with an additional $5.00 per day the animal is impounded.

Animal Control is handled by Hawk Creek Animal Shelter.
