The Planning & Zoning Commission reviews proposed amendments to zoning ordinances, site plans and plat applications, and makes recommendations to the Council regarding the current and future development of the City of Dassel. We will be adding more information soon.

ZONING AMENDMENT HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dassel Planning & Zoning Commission/Board of Adjustment and Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the Dassel City Hall, 460 Third St, Dassel, MN on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following Zoning Amendment Application:

961 RE LLC (Nelson Tubs LLC), 961 1^St Street N, Dassel, PID 23-0835000 zoned R-1 Residential has made application for a zoning amendment from R-1 Residential to I-1 Light Industrial with the purpose of industrial development.
